Doc Update

Another doctor's appointment down, but nothing exciting to report. We had to see the nurse practitioner today and I was okay with that...until it came time to be checked. Let's just say, my doctor is much better at this particular procedure. After complaining so much from the pain, she basically gave up and I have no idea if I have progressed further this week. Oh well, baby is good and blood pressure is good so that's all that matters for now since the checks don't really mean anything anyway!

We're now officially on Baby Watch 2011, as our practitioner stated "We're just waiting for something to happen now!". So, we're back again next Monday (thank goodness with Dr. Smith) pending I don't go into labor this week and we'll see how things are looking then. At this point I'm just trying to get through each day without wondering too much if it will be the day. At night when I go to sleep is when I have the most anticipation, since *most* of the time real contractions tend to begin while you're sleeping and most relaxed. I'm just trying to keep the house as clean as possible so we're ready to go to the hospital when the time arises. Rob and I both have off this Friday, Veteran's Day, so we're going out to dinner Thursday night and Friday morning I have a (much needed) manicure and pedicure appointment. Then we'll just enjoy what could possibly be our last childless weekend!
