The sidewalks in our neighborhood needed some repairs recently, so when the city sent the construction guys out a couple weeks ago, you can imagine how excited our little boy was....they showed up bright and early at 7 a.m. and actually served as a great tool in helping me get my little man up and out of bed during the week! Lately he has been telling me he wants to "lay in bed!" instead of getting up when we are rushing to get out the door on time during the week. So, these guys helped me in that he practically leaped out of bed to see them. We just so happened to get this on video, for your viewing enjoyment. He went from being entranced to being a bit frightened by the noise....but he still loved it! And as per usual, the cutest and sweetest little kid in the world!

Bull-dodders, Eh-abators, & Cranes
Anyone who knows our little Ro knows he is a BIG fan on constructions vehicles....well, any vehicles really. But construction ones appear to top the list of his favorites. When in the car, we can drive by any construction site (and let's face it...around big D, they are plentiful) and he goes NUTS when he sees the big tractors, bulldozers, excavators & cranes. Or, "tractahs, bull-dodders, eh-abators and cranes" as he so adorably says. I can't even count the number of times he will exclaim, "it's so cool!" when it comes to these vehicles.
